Bks #107-written by a young reporter who served under Leander H. McNelly, this is one of the most interesting accounts of Texas Rangers. Jennings served almost three years (1874-1877) under McNelly, then returned east & became a well-known journalist. Adams 150-#85; Guns 1173; Fifty Texas Rarities 50; Dobie p. 60.
