Duval was a close friend of Big-foot Wallace, hunted together & both served under Jack Hays in the Texas Rangers. Duval escaped from the massacre of Fannin's command at Goliad in 1836. This book contains some of his unpublished works. Ike Moore bookplate, minor tape marks on endpapers.
