Austin Author 1986 Spiral Bound Very Good 
Three spiral bound volumes, each about 250 pp. of typewritten copy, entitled 1) Family and Land: The Carwrights of East Texas; 2) Citizens of San Augustin; & 3) Texas-Born Inheritors. Appears to be a working copy of the manuscript of The Cartwrights of San Augustine which was published in 1993 by the TSHA. This copy is from the estate of Max Lale who apparently received the copies periodically & commented, corrected or edited. One of a kind item.
