Paper covers (small tear at the spine on front, wrinkled, & small tear at middle of outer edge), 40 pp. (minor stains on a few pages & some pencil checkmarks). Overall a nice copy of a rare item. Contains a rare account of the Union League in Cook County and the Great Hanging at Gainesville, & Indian warfare in Cook County. Also his recollections of life in the Chickasaw Nation and of the Lee gang who killed his two brothers, and other outlaws. Six-Guns #1885. Rare.
